Brock Lesnar wouldn’t have problem to fight Cain Velasquez
Cain Velasquez isn’t there for kidding. Coming from back-to-back consistent victories, the AKA prospect faced the hardest test in his 8-fight career at UFC 110 when he met veteran Antonio Rodrigo “Minotauro” Nogueira at the main event of the night in card that took place in Australia for the fist time in the history of the organization.
Velasquez proved even to the heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar that he’s on the way to the title shot and Lesnar told to KFAN Sports Radio that it wouldn’t be a problem to fight the contender in the future.
“Cain has proven himself, he’s beaten some guys with credibility and I wouldn’t have a problem stepping in the Octagon with him. He’s a former wrestler from ASU, former Division 1 All-American with some good hands. He’s definitely a force to be reckoned with”.
While Lesnar waits the results of Frank Mir vs Shane Carwin match-up to determine the next contender for his belt, Cain might square off the winner of the Brazilian encounter between Junior dos Santos and Gabriel Gonzaga.
