Paulo Filho is back!

After being withdrawn from the event card due personal problems, Paulo Filho is confirmed again to square off Japanese Yuki Sasaki. Former UFC middleweight contender Thales Leites – who was announced to substitute “The Bullet” – remains in the fight card waiting an opponent to come in.

“Sasaki told he would only fight with Paulao. Knowing that, Filho said he is going to fight anyway. He goes to brawl at all” manager Amaury Bitetti spoke to Tatame.

“Thales is one of the best of his category. Imagine if we would leave him out of this. Even more after the man’s posture he had with us when accepted to perform just around the corner. At the end, I think everything went on well and Brasília will have a better show” remarks Fernando Miranda, Bitteti Combat promoter.
